- how to plan a journey route by municipal transport in order to get to a given destination;
- whether an item you have lost on our tram or bus has been found and transferred to the Lost Property Office;
- rules for ticket inspection;
- additional payments for the lack of ticket;
- persons to contact, addresses and bank account numbers for payments.
